Unless you were short-selling equities or heavily invested in energy stocks, you probably had a rough year.</p><p>When Wall Street struggles, it&#39;s common for investors to turn their attention to dividend stocks. Publicly traded companies that pay regular dividends are often able to do so because they&#39;re recurringly profitable and have transparent long-term outlooks. In other words, they&#39;re the types of companies you&#39;d want to have in your portfolio during periods of heightened volatility -- and Wall Street analysts know this.</p><p>Although most Wall Street analysts and investment firms tend to be optimistic about stocks, some price targets imply more than just modest optimism. According to a select group of Wall Street analysts, three high-yield dividend stocks (companies with yields of 4% and above) offer up to 59% upside in 2023.</p><h2>AT&amp;T: Implied upside of 41%</h2><p>The first high-octane income stock at least one Wall Street analyst believes can soar this year is telecom stock <b>AT&amp;T</b>. Analyst Ivan Feinseth of Tigress Financial set a $28 price target on AT&amp;T stock last June, which equates to upside of 41% in shares, based on where they ended last week.</p><p>AT&amp;T brings four well-defined macro and company-specific catalysts to the table that give it a real chance to reach Tigress Financial&#39;s lofty price target. To start with, wireless access has evolved into a basic necessity for most Americans over the past two decades. What this means is that economic downturns don&#39;t tend to meaningfully increase customer churn rates. So AT&amp;T can generate predictable operating cash flow in any economic environment.</p><p>Second, AT&amp;T should benefit from the 5G wireless revolution for years to come. Upgrading from 4G to 5G download speeds took wireless providers about a decade. This decade-long gap has left consumers and businesses eager to upgrade to faster download speeds. Even though upgrading wireless infrastructure is costly, the benefit of increased data consumption, which is where AT&amp;T&#39;s wireless segment generates most of its profit, is well worth it.</p><p>Third -- and building on the previous catalyst -- AT&amp;T has seen sizable broadband gains for years. In 2022, AT&amp;T wrapped up its fifth consecutive year with at least 1 million AT&amp;T Fiber net additions. Despite broadband&#39;s growth heyday being two decades ago, these new customers are helping to boost AT&amp;T&#39;s operating cash flow and are providing bundling opportunities that can lift margins.</p><p>Lastly, AT&amp;T has enjoyed more financial flexibility since content arm WarnerMedia was spun off and merged with Discovery to create <b><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WBD\">Warner Bros. Discovery</a></b> in April 2022. As part of this spinoff and merger, Warner Bros. Discovery paid AT&amp;T cash and assumed certain lots of debt previously held by AT&amp;T via WarnerMedia. With a healthier balance sheet, AT&amp;T&#39;s 5.7% yield is as solid as ever.</p><h2>Alliance Resource Partners: Implied upside of 34%</h2><p>A second ultra-high-yield dividend stock that at least one Wall Street analyst believes can leap higher in 2023 is energy stock <b>Alliance Resource Partners</b>. Alliance Resource, which offers a mouthwatering 13% yield, is expected to make a run at $30 per share, according to analyst Mark Reichman of Noble Financial.  If this high-water price target were to be hit, it would represent 34% upside for the company&#39;s stock.</p><p>Alliance Resource Partners generates most of its revenue as a coal producer. You might be under the impression that the coal industry has been buried given the rise of renewable energy sources, but this couldn&#39;t be further from the truth. Russia&#39;s invasion of Ukraine, coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic reducing drilling, exploration, and infrastructure investments for the oil and gas industry, has broken the global energy supply chain and created an abundance of demand for coal. The result has been a substantial uptick in the per-ton sales price of coal.</p><p>Aside from higher coal prices, Alliance Resource Partners benefits from its forward-looking operating model. This is a company that seeks to lock in volume and price commitments up to three years in advance. As of late January 2023, it had 34.7 million tons of coal (94% of its median forecast production this year) committed and priced in 2023. Another 23.7 million tons for 2024 were already spoken for. Booking this production well in advance leads to highly predictable cash flow.</p><p>To expound on this point, Alliance Resource Partners&#39; management team has always taken a conservative approach toward expansion. Slow-stepping production increases has helped the company avoid ballooning its outstanding debt. Alliance Resources arguably has the best balance sheet among coal stocks.</p><p>In addition to coal, the company holds oil and natural gas royalties. Very simply, if the price of oil and natural gas rises, the company&#39;s segment adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) should climb, too. Alliance Resource Partners has been actively adding to its oil and gas royalties portfolio.</p><p>With Alliance Resource Partners&#39; stock valued at less than 4 times Wall Street&#39;s consensus earnings in 2023, a $30 price target does seem achievable.</p><h2>Ford Motor Company: Implied upside of 59%</h2><p>The third high-yield dividend stock that one Wall Street analyst believes can rip higher in 2023 is auto giant <b>Ford Motor Company</b>. Analyst John Murphy with <b>Bank of America</b> Securities has a price target of $21 on Ford. If hit, this would work out to a scorching 59% upside this year for an auto stock yielding a hearty 4.6%.</p><p>Without question, a lot of the excitement surrounding Ford and its peers has to do with the move to electrify their product lineups over time. With consumers and businesses steadily moving to clean-energy transportation solutions, promoting electric vehicles (EVs) is the sustained organic growth opportunity Detroit&#39;s automakers have been waiting decades for.</p><p>For its part, Ford has set aside a whopping $50 billion for EVs, autonomous vehicles, and battery development/production through 2026. It plans to introduce 30 new EV models globally by the end of 2025, with annual EV production expected to tip the scales at north of 2 million by the end of 2026.</p><p>Not to be forgotten during this EV push is just how dominant Ford&#39;s F-Series truck line is domestically. The F-Series has been America&#39;s top-selling truck for 46 consecutive years, and the best-selling vehicle overall in the U.S. for 41. Trucks offer substantially juicier vehicle operating margins than sedans. Ergo, maintaining the dominance of its F-Series remains paramount to Ford&#39;s ongoing success.</p><p>While $21 is a price target that makes sense for Ford at some point in the future, it may not be in 2023. Last week, CEO Jim Farley candidly told his investors that supply chain challenges and higher expenses have caused his company to fall short of production expectations. Alliance Resource, which offers a mouthwatering 13% yield, is expected to make a run at $30 per share, according to analyst Mark Reichman of Noble Financial.  If this high-water price target were to be hit, it would represent 34% upside for the company's stock.Alliance Resource Partners generates most of its revenue as a coal producer. You might be under the impression that the coal industry has been buried given the rise of renewable energy sources, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Russia's invasion of Ukraine, coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic reducing drilling, exploration, and infrastructure investments for the oil and gas industry, has broken the global energy supply chain and created an abundance of demand for coal. The result has been a substantial uptick in the per-ton sales price of coal.Aside from higher coal prices, Alliance Resource Partners benefits from its forward-looking operating model. This is a company that seeks to lock in volume and price commitments up to three years in advance. As of late January 2023, it had 34.7 million tons of coal (94% of its median forecast production this year) committed and priced in 2023. Another 23.7 million tons for 2024 were already spoken for. Booking this production well in advance leads to highly predictable cash flow.To expound on this point, Alliance Resource Partners' management team has always taken a conservative approach toward expansion. Slow-stepping production increases has helped the company avoid ballooning its outstanding debt. Alliance Resources arguably has the best balance sheet among coal stocks.In addition to coal, the company holds oil and natural gas royalties. Very simply, if the price of oil and natural gas rises, the company's segment adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) should climb, too. Alliance Resource Partners has been actively adding to its oil and gas royalties portfolio.With Alliance Resource Partners' stock valued at less than 4 times Wall Street's consensus earnings in 2023, a $30 price target does seem achievable.Ford Motor Company: Implied upside of 59%The third high-yield dividend stock that one Wall Street analyst believes can rip higher in 2023 is auto giant Ford Motor Company. Analyst John Murphy with Bank of America Securities has a price target of $21 on Ford. If hit, this would work out to a scorching 59% upside this year for an auto stock yielding a hearty 4.6%.Without question, a lot of the excitement surrounding Ford and its peers has to do with the move to electrify their product lineups over time. With consumers and businesses steadily moving to clean-energy transportation solutions, promoting electric vehicles (EVs) is the sustained organic growth opportunity Detroit's automakers have been waiting decades for.For its part, Ford has set aside a whopping $50 billion for EVs, autonomous vehicles, and battery development/production through 2026. It plans to introduce 30 new EV models globally by the end of 2025, with annual EV production expected to tip the scales at north of 2 million by the end of 2026.Not to be forgotten during this EV push is just how dominant Ford's F-Series truck line is domestically. The F-Series has been America's top-selling truck for 46 consecutive years, and the best-selling vehicle overall in the U.S. for 41. Trucks offer substantially juicier vehicle operating margins than sedans. Ergo, maintaining the dominance of its F-Series remains paramount to Ford's ongoing success.While $21 is a price target that makes sense for Ford at some point in the future, it may not be in 2023. Last week, CEO Jim Farley candidly told his investors that supply chain challenges and higher expenses have caused his company to fall short of production expectations. I noted in my July 27, 2022, Seeking Alpha article entitled &#34;MOKE + EV Technology Group: The Cost And Value Of &#39;Brand Equity&#39; In The EV Automotive Value Chain:&#34;</p><blockquote>&#34;SPACs contributed half of the $29 billion raised publicly by EV manufacturers, suppliers and charging firms in 2021. EV startups Nikola (NKLA), Lordstown Motors (RIDE), Canoo (GOEV), Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (FFIE), Fisker (FSR), and Lucid Group (LCID) all went public through SPAC deals over the last two years.&#34;</blockquote><p>SPACs go public at $10 per share, a price point that serves as a simple benchmark for how those stocks have been received. Of these SPAC companies, only the share price of Lucid Group is above its IPO price at $18.25, as shown in Chart 1.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d5714c58d0d64a5bccfd46926742db3f\" tg-width=\"634\" tg-height=\"484\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>YCharts</p><p>Chart 1</p><p><b>Is There a Doctor in the House?</b></p><p>In Tables 1-3, I break down the current crop of EV startups by <i>level of funding</i> from all sources and compare each to Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA). Table 1 shows the first five ranked companies. I don&#39;t include Rivian Automotive (RIVN), which would top the list by accumulating $10.7 billion in funding. Rivian&#39;s shares are down 65.95% since the IPO in 11/21, and the company continues to struggle. Layoffs at Rivian started in late July 2022 as the company races to cut costs amid a challenging economic climate and pressure to increase production. It delivered 1,227 vehicles in the first quarter and reported 4,467 deliveries in Q2. Rivian is targeting production of 25,000 vehicles this year, half of its initial production guidance for 2022.</p><p>Table 1 shows significant variations in financial metrics among the five companies. TSLA shows positive TTM revenue, Net Income, and Gross Profit. All the startups reported TTM Revenue, but only Li Auto (LI) reported a positive Net Income and Gross Profit.</p><p>Lucid Group was the top fund raiser on this list. Lucid delivered 360 EVs, helping to account for $57.7 million in revenue in Q1 2022, but revised its 2022 production volume outlook to a range of 6K to 7K vehicles following the release of itsQ2 results. Guidance earlier in the year was for production volume of 12K to 14K vehicles.</p><p>China&#39;s NIO (NIO) delivered 25,059 electric cars in Q2, which is slightly above the guidance of 23,000-25,000. So far this year, NIO globally sold 50,827 electric cars. But NIO reported a loss from operations was RMB2,445.1 million (US$383.7 million) in the fourth quarter of 2021, representing an increase of 162.5% from the fourth quarter of 2020 and an increase of 146.5% from the third quarter of 2021.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/dfe93875be1bf07e575523460045fcdf\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"169\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Seeking Alpha</p><p>Chart 2 shows a similar story based on one-year share price percent change for the companies listed in Table 1. TSLA is the only company showing positive growth at 29.72% as of the close on July 29, 2022. LI share price was -1.65%. NIO share price is down 55.84% showing investors the COVID situation in China remains fluid and EV shares in general remain under a cloud amid rising interest rates and fears of a global recession.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/efe4c7e633c9284904c710ab74634088\" tg-width=\"634\" tg-height=\"484\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>YCharts</p><p>Chart 2</p><p>Table 2 shows TSLA compared with startups ranked #5-8 based on level of funding. Only Fisker reported TTM revenues of just $96,000. Wall Street was initially attracted to its asset-light business model based on contract manufacturing. However, declining investor appetite for pre-revenue companies has taken the focus away from companies like Fisker.</p><p>That will change as the Fisker Ocean is set to start production in November 2022 and sold exclusively through the Fisker app. According to the company, reservations for the Ocean electric SUV surpassed 50,000, a significant rise from the 40,000 preorders announced in early April. The Ocean with the base Sport trim priced at $37,499 before incentives.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/3a779539168c1ed560346f0bd91e702a\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"172\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Seeking Alpha</p><p>Chart 3 shows one-year share price percent change for the companies listed in Table 2. Again, TSLA is the only company showing positive growth at 29.72% as of the close on July 29, 2022. FSR share price is down 40.57%. Of the four startups, only Ayro (AYRO) showed positive TTM revenue of just $2.92M but net income was -$32.01M. Ayro has a different business model than the other companies included in this article as it designs and manufactures electric vehicles for closed campus mobility, urban and community transport, local on-demand and last mile delivery, and government use. The company provides four-wheeled purpose-built electric vehicles for universities, business and medical campuses, last mile delivery services, and food service providers.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7f10fa589992a7ab699d73dbc255e0f0\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"171\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Seeking Alpha</p><p>Chart 4 shows one-year share price percent change for the companies listed in Table 3. Again, TSLA is the only company showing positive growth at 29.72% as of the close on July 29, 2022. All others have exhibited large negative double-digit share performance.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/cd4ac75c6f128418a1b06ff8262e2389\" tg-width=\"634\" tg-height=\"484\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>YCharts</p><p>Chart 4</p><p><b>Tesla&#39;s Performance</b></p><p>Tesla reported a mixed Q2 earnings report on in its Q2 earnings call on July 20, 2022. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $2.27 vs. $1.81 expected. Revenue missed at $16.93 billion vs. $17.1 billion expected. Chart 5 shows quarterly performance through Q2 2022.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/4052a39627697f9c8983ee7159207dee\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"298\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>YCharts</p><p>Chart 5</p><p>In Q2 2022, TSLA achieved record production rates across the company, producing more than 258,000 vehicles and delivered 254,695 vehicles. That was below consensus estimates of 266,795 vehicles, and down from 310,048 in 1Q 2022, as the company faced a continuation of manufacturing challenges related to shutdowns, global supply chain disruptions, labor shortages and logistics and other complications, which limited its ability to consistently run our factories at full capacity.</p><p>While the Shanghai factory was shut down fully and then partially for the majority of Q2, TSLA ended the quarter with a record monthly production level. Recent equipment upgrades will enable the company to continue to increase its production rate further.</p><p>The Fremont Factory made a record number of vehicles in Q2. I see opportunities for further production rate improvements. The next generation of 4680 battery cell machinery has been installed in Texas and is in the process of commissioning. Factory output in Texas continues to grow.</p><p>Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg reached an important milestone of over 1,000 cars produced in a single week while achieving positive gross margin during the quarter. Tesla expect the production rate to continue improving through the rest of the year.</p><p>Table 4 shows U.S. EV shipments for Q2 2021 and Q2 2022 by model. In Q2, Tesla was the top-selling luxury brand in the U.S., outpacing all the established names: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, as seen in Table 4.</p><p>EV sales as a percentage of total automobile sales. In Q2, EV sales accounted for 5.6% of the total market, an increase from 5.3% in Q1. EV share in Q2 2021 was 2.7%. Last quarter, it fell to 66.1%, down from 74.6% in Q1 2022, as shown in Table 5. Tesla shipments by model are also shown. Recent equipment upgrades will enable the company to continue to increase its production rate further.The Fremont Factory made a record number of vehicles in Q2. I see opportunities for further production rate improvements. The next generation of 4680 battery cell machinery has been installed in Texas and is in the process of commissioning. Factory output in Texas continues to grow.Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg reached an important milestone of over 1,000 cars produced in a single week while achieving positive gross margin during the quarter. Tesla expect the production rate to continue improving through the rest of the year.Table 4 shows U.S. EV shipments for Q2 2021 and Q2 2022 by model. In Q2, Tesla was the top-selling luxury brand in the U.S., outpacing all the established names: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, as seen in Table 4.EV sales as a percentage of total automobile sales. Recent equipment upgrades will enable the company to continue to increase its production rate further.</p><p>The Fremont Factory made a record number of vehicles in Q2. I see opportunities for further production rate improvements. The next generation of 4680 battery cell machinery has been installed in Texas and is in the process of commissioning. Factory output in Texas continues to grow.</p><p>Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg reached an important milestone of over 1,000 cars produced in a single week while achieving positive gross margin during the quarter. Tesla expect the production rate to continue improving through the rest of the year.</p><p>Table 4 shows U.S. EV shipments for Q2 2021 and Q2 2022 by model. In Q2, Tesla was the top-selling luxury brand in the U.S., outpacing all the established names: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, as seen in Table 4.</p><p>EV sales as a percentage of total automobile sales. In Q2, EV sales accounted for 5.6% of the total market, an increase from 5.3% in Q1. EV share in Q2 2021 was 2.7%. Table 1 shows the first five ranked companies. I don't include Rivian Automotive (RIVN), which would top the list by accumulating $10.7 billion in funding. Rivian's shares are down 65.95% since the IPO in 11/21, and the company continues to struggle. Layoffs at Rivian started in late July 2022 as the company races to cut costs amid a challenging economic climate and pressure to increase production. It delivered 1,227 vehicles in the first quarter and reported 4,467 deliveries in Q2. Rivian is targeting production of 25,000 vehicles this year, half of its initial production guidance for 2022.Table 1 shows significant variations in financial metrics among the five companies. TSLA shows positive TTM revenue, Net Income, and Gross Profit. All the startups reported TTM Revenue, but only Li Auto (LI) reported a positive Net Income and Gross Profit.Lucid Group was the top fund raiser on this list. Lucid delivered 360 EVs, helping to account for $57.7 million in revenue in Q1 2022, but revised its 2022 production volume outlook to a range of 6K to 7K vehicles following the release of itsQ2 results. Guidance earlier in the year was for production volume of 12K to 14K vehicles.China's NIO (NIO) delivered 25,059 electric cars in Q2, which is slightly above the guidance of 23,000-25,000. However, declining investor appetite for pre-revenue companies has taken the focus away from companies like Fisker.That will change as the Fisker Ocean is set to start production in November 2022 and sold exclusively through the Fisker app. According to the company, reservations for the Ocean electric SUV surpassed 50,000, a significant rise from the 40,000 preorders announced in early April. It beat consensus estimates on both revenues and EPS. Revenue came in at RMB 205.6 billion ($30.7 billion) for the June quarter, flat from the same period last year. Although it represented the slowest pace of growth on record, it was still welcomed by investors, as consensus had previously expected a decline for the first time in Alibaba&#39;s history due to sprawling city-wide lockdowns during April and May to stem the spread of COVID. Earnings for the June quarter also beat consensus estimates by $0.19 at $1.75, underscoring prudent cost controls amid inflationary pressure and increased costs of navigating through COVID disruptions.</p><p>Yet, sentiment on the Alibaba stock remains fragile. All of its gains from the May to July rally have been wiped out in recent weeks, with the stock now down close to 20% since the beginning of the year. Volatility remains the broad-based theme for Alibaba stock, as positive uptrends supported by signs of easing regulatory crackdowns, an improving COVID situation in China, and government stimulus to shore up the Chinese economy get torn down once again on news of heightened worries. The moderate uptrend in pre-market trading following a positive earnings surprise this morning also underscores market&#39;s cautions about the Alibaba stock.</p><p>While Alibaba&#39;s valuation appears attractive at current levels considering its robust balance sheet and still-dominant market share in e-commerce and cloud services in China, the investment continues to be overshadowed by risks that remain in a fluid situation. The fragility of Alibaba&#39;s rebounds observed over the past year underscores that the underlying risks to the investment continue to &#34;outweigh any favorable valuation.&#34;</p><p>Considering Alibaba&#39;s long-term fundamental growth and valuation multiple expansion outlook remains a big question mark, with all of its biggest underlying risks still in a highly fluid situation that exhibits no structural signs of improvement, the stock holds almost nothing to stand on its own against the added challenge from brewing broad-based macro headwinds. Alibaba could potentially trend lower in the near-term, as its core Chinese market and adjacent international markets grapple with a faltering macroeconomic backdrop, making it a high-risk investment pick despite what look like attractive valuations compared to peers in a similar business.</p><p><b>The Risks Are Still There</b></p><p>Alibaba stock&#39;s downturn began in late 2020, when heightening regulatory concerns drove a &#34;valuation reset&#34; in U.S.-listed Chinese equities. The situation has continued to take a turn for the worse since, as the regulatory headwinds started to take an effect on Alibaba&#39;s fundamental performance. The added impact from recent macroeconomic headwinds, spanning COVID disruptions in China, and a faltering domestic and global economy have only exacerbated the unfavorable results.</p><p><b>1. Regulatory Crackdowns</b></p><p>Recent signs of easing scrutiny by Chinese authorities have done little in salvaging the losses sustained by the broader cohort of U.S.-listed Chinese stocks, including Alibaba.</p><p>Despite repeated vows to support market stability and calls that the extended regulatory crackdowns on the private sector - especially internet companies - are nearing an end, the ensuing rally was short-lived as investors&#39; confidence buckled at the lack of concrete measures taken to date to salvage the carnage across Chinese equities.</p><p>And, despite recent optimism stemming from the end to high-profile probes, the regulatory risks remain prominent, with investors&#39; confidence also giving in. Markets continued to punish the stock at the first sign of regulatory weakness, as observed in recent declines following reports that Alibaba was levied a RMB 2.5 million($375,000) fine in early July for violating state rules on previous acquisition disclosures. Its cloud unit was recently investigated for association with one of the country&#39;s largest data breaches in history.</p><p>In addition to fines, the regulatory scrutiny surrounding Alibaba&#39;s business has also resulted in other adverse impacts to its fundamental performance. The company&#39;s cloud-computing unit, Alicloud, is slowly losing market share to its state-backed peers due to increasing national security concerns within the public sector. The unit&#39;s market share in China fell from 46% in 2019 to 37% in 2021, while state-backed peer Huawei&#39;s cloud market share doubled over the same period. Despite still being the largest public cloud service provider in China, Alicloud is no longer the preferred choice, threatening Alibaba&#39;s consolidated bottom-line performance. This is further corroborated by the deceleration in Alibaba&#39;s highly profitable cloud business observed in the fiscal first quarter - the segment&#39;s revenues only grew 10% y/y, the slowest pace on record.</p><p>The company has also reduced the size of its in-house investments unit. This is consistent with our earlier observations that it will only be a matter of time until Alibaba follows suit on its peers&#39; pre-emptive moves in unloading investments and shutting down internal deal departments. Investments have played a substantial role in the development of Alibaba&#39;s comprehensive Internet ecosystem and related success in past years. The recent downsizing of Alibaba&#39;s deals, team operations, and subsequent reduction on external investments are expected to drive significant adverse implications to its fundamental performance, in addition to slowed growth observed in recent quarters, adding further pressure to its valuation prospects down the road.</p><p>Yet, given the regulatory overhaul that has taken place over the past year, Alibaba&#39;s growth profile is unlikely to return to its explosive past, meaning any structural valuation upsides - which remains an area of high uncertainty - will be in moderation.</p><p><b>2.
