      約會軟件Bumble暴漲42%,逼空行情捲土出來?

      @Iverson
      以女性爲核心的社交軟件$Bumble Inc.(BMBL)$ 在發佈了最新的財報後,日內跳漲42%,疑似掀起一波逼空行情。 過去一段時間,Bumble一直被大幅拋售,6個月內下跌了65%以上,這與其基本面嚴重不符,因爲美國約會軟件的使用率顯著高於疫情前的水平。 Sensor Tower的數據顯示,與2019年相比,2022年1月Tinder、Bumble和Hinge的全球使用量共同增長了17%。 BumbleQ4業績如下: 2021年總收入增至7.657億美元; 第四季度Bumble App營收增長42%,至1.505億美元; 第四季度Bumble App付費用戶增加29%至160萬,環比增長10.8萬 從財報來看,各項數據都還是不錯的,營收、付費用戶數穩步增長,GAAP下接近盈虧平衡。 股價大漲的催化劑主要來自管理層的描述。首先是宣佈了Bumble將停止在俄羅斯的業務,並從俄羅斯和白俄羅斯的蘋果應用商店和谷歌Play Store中刪除所有應用,這是繼AWS、微軟、三星、Spotify和WeWork之後又一家科技公司宣佈退出俄羅斯市場。 如今局勢下,公司這一做法受到好評,更重要的是,Bumble退出俄羅斯對其影響微乎其微。 Q4財報顯示,2021年,來自俄羅斯、烏克蘭和白俄羅斯的總收入僅佔公司總收入的2.8%,幾乎全部來自旗下Badoo App和其他營收;而俄羅斯、白俄羅斯和烏克蘭在Bumble App營收中所佔比重更是不足0.1%。 預計暫停俄羅斯業務帶來的收入損失僅爲200萬美元,這比市場預期的要少得多。與該公司退出俄羅斯獲得的支持相比,這點財務損失相形見絀。 俄烏戰爭的溢出效應仍在金融市場頻繁上演,比如倫鎳的逼空行情歷史罕見,瘋狂的投資者可能會尋找更多小市值個股進行逼空,尤其是有俄羅斯

      What really happened in Ukraine?

      @Furore
      Before I begin, I would like to say that I am not pro-Russian and I do not agree with or support Russia's move to invade Ukraine.I believe that a lot of people have the same general view that I have.When many innocent lives are lost, it is very easy to criticise Russia for what happened.But how many people have actually stopped to think, understand the differing point of views, research, read and find out more about the whole series of historical events that led to the war before openly criticising about Russia?If no, is it really fair to openly criticise Russia?For many people, the understanding and sentiments regarding the latest developments came mostly from the news/media. America has been using the media to justify their acts of aggression/invasion in other countries too via medi
