I think his wife should buy the whole street. Singapore is considered a safe haven, even if property prices dropped in future, land is still in high demand as compared to other Asian countries. so nothing surprising that they choose to park their money in property in Singapore. maybe if we walk past there often enough, can catch a glimpse of them. haha
