I would also vote agst the Pay package and move to Texas if TigerBrokers give the choice to investor here. There is no one who want such high pay. Look at Nvidia, BYD, TSMC, and the magniifcent 7, there is no such precedent.

Tsmc will soar in the long term as it had no equal to its capability n growing due to AI. All major tech players buys chips from it. 

His pay beyond normal. There are equivalent capable Ceo that get peanuts compare to what was offer to him. Vote no to his numeration. He performance is unsatisfactory as can be seen from the share prices compare to other tech stocks. C

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  good sign for change of pattern. Hopefully more good news. The threat are more  Chinese EVs entering US market. 

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ move slowly as already up quite a lot. FSD, new low cost model n Robotaxi info will move the needle
