It's pretty obvious at the moment but if you somehow haven't noticed the market is super bullish. But extreme greed on this index is closely followed by a major pullback in the markets. It's not super wise to open new positions in extreme greed.  Don't icarus your portfolio guys

The Shiller PE Ratio is currently at an eye watering 30.37 For some perspective at the height of the Dot Com Bubble it reached 44.19 With the mean being 17, we are way over true value for stocks. We have wriggle room of 13.82 points before we hit its previous ATH, how does this recent bull market considering rates at the moment continue?

I mean it does look pretty cool though. Now we can be isolated from life and reality 24/7 Yay! It personally seems largely out of touch. If you were watching the stock as Tim Cook was presenting you would have seen AAPL tick down on 3 notable points.  - product roll out (largely business use case) - Price $3,499 - 2 hour battery In a world that is yearning for connection post covid, this product doesn't seem to quite fit what the people are after

At the risk of sounding like a doomer i feel its important to sprinkle some perspective as everyone is warming up to the bull & feelings of complacency & fomo kick in.. remember: - CPI re-acceleration in July - August - Growth Forecast ticks down in August - Student Loans are looking dangerous in the U.S - Commercial real estate (office spaces sitting largely empty post-covid) Stay vigilant y'all
