Are we at peak AI bubble already? The talks of reducing capex are already happening, Zuckerberg saying that the revenue increase hasn't materialized. OpenAI postponing their IPO. NVIDIA seems to have peaked as well. SpaceX is a complete joke and despite all tricks (early index listing etc), it's below IPO price already with only 5% of stock in float. Doesn't look good, old enough to remember that this looks even worse than the Internet bubble of 2001.

SpaceX needs money badly. The merger was the first step to solve it as so far xAI is very disappointing (performance wise, Grok isn’t a good model like Opus or ChatGPT1). Burns cash like hell with no end in sight. The S-1 makes it clear that the biggest future revenue will come from AI, the microhard and Terafab project. It also states that both are ideas which are currently in a legally non-binding state, so they might not even happening. Intel can quit anytime, it’s not something I’d bet my money on. Lastly, the whole data centers in space is still something that most likely won’t work. They would need a huge surface area away from the sun to dissipate the heat generated by the AI chips. While there's a lot of money to be made from OpenAI's IPO (and SpaceX, as Musk fanboys will still buy this POS company with made up future opportunities like Terafab and Microhard, that aren't even legally binding to happen, nor have they started. They are just Musk's ideas that he coincidentally announced 1 respective 2 months before SpaceX S-1. What a surprise, the Ponzi scheme goes on). But the other investments of Nvidia are way more risky and they need a lot of luck to even IPO, let alone get a decent ROI.

Ponzi scheme part 2. So far, his big rocket hasn't gone anywhere, hasn't even reached orbit a single time and sometimes even blows up on the landing pad. Business is losing billions and is only having Starlink as a profitable product. They are far behind any timeline and the NASA isn't happy. Bezos space company is a serious competitor for the Moon lander. The whole concept with refueling in space isn't really feasible.

UBS is almost 50% under their target price. While I certainly don't agree with the sell off from Accenture, they, especially the highest paid female CEO need to really get their act together in terms of managing WS analysts and institutional investors . Quite frankly, Julie Sweet has to go IMO. The team she put together is crap, just a bunch of bla bla talkers that can't get their shit together. Total revamp is needed, their new AI driven strategy is the result of a circle jerk of the Strategy guys. Company is making good money and grows 7-8% still, deserves a turnaround.
