I think $50 is a great amount to be investing but, and this is just the way I look at it. I've been in the $30k+ game, then a major car accident so am starting again. I think for folks who are learning or quite simply don't have enough $'s there's no harm in $1 - $5 investments. Though the golden rule always applies; never invest more than you can afford to loose!
$Microsoft(MSFT)$ I can't help but think that MSFT is a good bet at the moment. They've embraced ChatGPT, which does yield some great results. They seem to be taking some of Goggle's market share, which appreciably isn't going to be a fast journey but the very fact there's finnally some competition is great. If you haven't tried Bing yet, it's well worth a go. Runs great on Mac OS, possibly better thansafari! But if you can spare 5 mins a day you visit a few pages Bing suggests, do a quick quiz (in which I have learnt a few things) and youget rewarded. It's not going to make you rich by any means, but having the chatGPT option and getting some rewards for searching have made Bing my go to now. I wouldn't be in the least surprised if Goog
Thanks, it's always good to hear about some of the cheaper stocks with potential to grow. Of course the APPL's of this world aren't stupid bets but diversification being a key strategy,it's good to hear some other options to research. Thanks!

HI, and in advance, thank you for any help. Long story but I used to use Etoro, though they stopped allowing New Zealand users to trade. I was doing pretty good at the time. Then I had a massive car crash and 4 years later I'm trying to get bacK in to the game. Now I'm sure this is me just not figuring the app out but I deposited a small amount of NZD, I think I've successfully converted that to USD but every time I try to place an order I get a message saying I don't have the correct currency, despite the fact it's USD and all I want to do is put a $1 on appl just so I can get to grips with the app. Hoping someone can help as I'd love to get trading! Thanks and take care :)
all good, I figured it out, I just needed to spend a bit more time with the app. Thank you though for any further advice. I'm guessing it makes most sense to have a few different currencies available to you at any given time?
