IREIT Global signed a lease agreement with Stayery, a long-stay hospitality operator, for 10,600 square meters of gross floor area at Berlin Campus to operate about 255 guest rooms.This is the REIT's second major lease contract at the property, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.Stayery has a lease duration of 20 years with no break option for the first three years. Operations are expected to start in the first half of 2027 with an initial annual rent of about 2.7 million euros.Following the second new lease at Berlin Campus, the REIT's total commitment of the total GFA is now 20,948 square meters.

$Micron Technology(MU)$ btw everyone you are welcome ;) I sold my stock pre-market on a small 0.4% profit but decided not to do my usual buy back in on the dip, around 101. So, as usual that enabled the stock to soar. I certainly will not be chasing so this may be the time the stock breaks out !

$Alibaba(BABA)$ Four positive catalysts coming during next 3-6 months; so stock has bottomed! The catalysts are:(1) Return of cloud business growth to double digits (per management) (2) Cloud business generating huge Ebitda growth as seen from this quarter, and continuing going forward as lower quality business has been dumped.(3) Honk Kong stock listing coming in September/October time frame.(4) Advertising revenues will begin to show up towards end of the year and likely ramp up afterwards. This can easily become a growth driver of cashflow.
