Keppel DC REIT Secures Singapore Bourse's Nod for Nearly 298 Million Placement Units
Keppel DC REIT said it has received inprinciple approval from the Singapore Exchange for the listing and quotation of 297.6 million new units on the Main Board, according to a Monday filing.The units were issued under a SG$625 million private placement that recently closed, comprising about 297.6 million new units at SG$2.10 each.The SGX-ST's approval in principle for the private placement is subject to various conditions.Keppel DC REIT shares were down nearly 2% in late Tuesday trade.
