$Fabrinet(FN)$ $Lumentum(LITE)$ $Ciena(CIEN)$ Northland is calling Fabrinet a major buying opportunity. The firm points to a raft of positive data points from key customers like Lumentum and Ciena, yet the stock has kept drifting lower. With the broader AI optical space pulling back and some slowdown concerns floating around, they find it ironic that Fabrinet would underperform, especially since they view it as the supplier with the lowest risk profile in that scenario. Northland reiterates an Outperform rating and an $800 price target.

$Lumentum(LITE)$ Estimates for global AI infrastructure spending in 2027 range between $1 trillion and $1.45 trillion, driven by massive data center construction, semiconductor procurement, and specialized hardware demands. Major institutions and financial experts project the following benchmarks for 2027: JPMorgan Chase: CEO Jamie Dimon stated that investment across the artificial intelligence infrastructure ecosystem could reach $1 trillion next year. Morgan Stanley & UBS: Wall Street estimates from firms like Morgan Stanley project a $1.2 trillion to $1.4 trillion boom in AI infrastructure spending, with UBS specifically modeling that global AI capex will hit $1.447 trillion by 2027, driven overwhelmingly by surging memory component co

$Lumentum(LITE)$  Copper is hitting a wall. AI needs more bandwidth than electrons can carry, so the industry is routing around it in light. Every route mapped covers 800G to 3.2T, LPO, CPO, optical I/O, and photonic compute, with the timeline and the names in each. And one input every single route needs is InP lasers. Silicon can't lase.

$Lumentum(LITE)$ $Vertiv Holdings LLC(VRT)$ $Coherent(COHR)$ $NEBIUS(NBIS)$ $Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ Feels like it's being held down today, in my view. Or people are chasing momentum elsewhere and trimming these names. Either way, it should rotate back. In this market, it only takes one day.

$Lumentum(LITE)$ LITE tracks MU's moves more closely than it does the Nasdaq and S&P futures. It needs to hold support above 1K, and from there I think it can move higher. Just my opinion.

$Lumentum(LITE)$  This is easily a $1,200 stock here. I think 2026 into 2027 will be much higher. All the figures point to significantly more sales in 2027.

$Coherent(COHR)$ This should move above $330 today. $Lumentum(LITE)$  is already up 5% and this one is up 2.5%, so the setup looks like it's playing out.

$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ ATM is temporary. Ask yourself why the company signed a 10-year factory contract in China. Things are ramping up. Just look at the facts. $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$  $Photonics & Optics ETF(LYTE)$  $Lumentum(LITE)$  $Coherent(COHR)$

$Lumentum(LITE)$ LITE's homepage has their ECOC speaker line-up and presentation outlines up. It's very impressive. Will it cause a pop? Their CTO speaks on Sunday, so we'll see Monday AM. Glad I reloaded on the "AI Slowdown" dip. Total gift.

$Lumentum(LITE)$  The "AI Slowdown" narrative got pushed back at 932. As many of us already knew, it was just another chance to pick up LITE at a discount. Too easy.
