$Broadcom(AVGO)$ When chips crashed I increased my position in AVGO, which was already my single largest holding, by more than 50%. As AVGO has risen by more than 20% in a week, I just sold that portion that I bought. AVGO remains my single largest holding, but because of its volatility I continue to plan to trade around my core position in AVGO.The core position in AVGO has done quite well. I bought AVGO in 2020 under $25, and it has risen more than 6-fold in the past four years. I continue to have a high conviction hold on this stock for the long term.

$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ Honestly, I'm so impressed with Jensen's leadership that it actually scares me a little bit...what happens when he decides to retire? Being that he's 61, I don't think that's a near-term concern...and by the time NVDA has a leadership transition, I expect the share price to be much higher...but this is the problem with investing in companies with such superb leadership...the question: can the next person live up to the standard? Maybe this is just PTSD from the post-Schultz SBUX period, but it's something that I think about from time to time.

$Broadcom(AVGO)$ If you have owned AVGO for 10 years you have realized growth of 17X your original investment. Through that whole period it has been consistently called “overvalued”. Obviously it wasn’t because value can’t be be given a formula that fits all stocks. If you’ve owned AVGO you are up 50% year to date and you’ve doubled your investment in a year. Going forward expect the same if not better performance. Growth in Tech. Is still in its infancy and anyone who doesn’t believe that is certainly going to miss out on wealth building opportunities.I don’t agree with the “contrarian” theory because buying on trading dips is what most true investors do. I’ve owned AVGO more than 10 years as well as

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ META is really struggling to break that $540 barrier right now. It’s been tough, but I truly believe that once it finally crosses that line, we could see it shoot up much higher! I’m excited to see what happens next. The potential is definitely there, and I’m hanging on for the ride.

$Li Auto(LI)$ $LI AUTO-W(02015)$ Li Auto is really taking off lately, and it’s mainly because their smart driving tech is boosting L9 sales. Plus, the increase in Max model purchases is impressive! Stocks are the most tangible indicator of success, and it’s clear that Li Auto’s smart driving has made a huge turnaround compared to last year. The difference is night and day! I’m excited to see how this momentum continues to build—there’s definitely a lot to be optimistic about!

      INTC Stock,My Precious

$Intel(INTC)$ The $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ deal is definitely good news for Intel. I've said in the past, Intel's foundry wins will come from those who they don't compete in the consumer and datacenter market with. This includes $Microsoft(MSFT)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$ $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ since they don't sell their own chips to third parties, they only care about producing their own. That being said, Intel's next quarterly will still be terrible. They won't be seeing any of this money in time for blunting

$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Timing the market is tricky, so I’m not into day trading. Instead, I’m all about slowly building up my share count for the long haul. I wish I could afford to buy more, but even with small, regular purchases, I’m confident in MSFT’s potential. The company’s performance has been top-notch, and it’s hands-down one of the best large-cap stocks out there. So, I’m sticking with it for the long term—no need to rush, just keep adding when I can. MSFT’s future looks solid, and I’m excited to see where it goes! 🚀📈

$Micron Technology(MU)$ The fact that MU dumped at open tells you how stupid the market’s trading algorithms really are. The price of MU should recover quickly once the bulls realize that sell-off is an unexpected gift. In short, the market was correct in driving the price of MU up by 4.4%. Even at closing price of $90.65, MU is undervalued relative to other AI-related stocks.

4 Key Sectors That Will Benefit When Interest Rates Are Cut

The era of high interest rates may be coming to an end soon.Recall that the US Federal Reserve (“Fed”) increased interest rates at the fastest pace ever back in 2022 to 2023.With the US labour market showing signs of weakness, the Fed may be poised to cut interest rates later this year to stimulate the economy. Here are four sectors that stand to benefit should interest rates start their decline.1.REITsThe REIT sector has taken it on the chin since interest rates shot up two years ago. REITs rely heavily on debt to finance their operations and acquisitions. The increase in interest rates has crimped their distributable income as finance costs soared. When interest rates fall, it will provide some relief to REITs that are refinancing their loans. $Map
