$McDonald's(MCD)$Buffett once compared Coca-Cola $Coca-Cola(KO)$ and McDonald's, believing that both are good businesses, but that Coca-Cola has a deeper economic moat, while McDonald's needs to run promotions and give away gifts to attract customers. The exact timing of Buffett's comments is unclear (it was probably around twenty years ago), and unexpectedly, consumer preferences for Coca-Cola have changed. Meanwhile, McDonald's has been expanding, and over these twenty years, McDonald's stock performance has outpaced that of Coca-Cola.I tend to think that Buffett overlooked a very important point: he underestimated McDonald's global expansion, while Coca-Cola had already reached
$Direxion Daily FTSE China Bull 3X Shares(YINN)$I've said it countless times—how can some people still not get it? This is about the Hong Kong stocks. When they go up during the day, it goes up; when they go down, it goes down. It's not a predictive indicator. If Hong Kong stocks drop 3.7% during the day, multiplied by three, that's an 11.1% drop. It basically fluctuates around that number.
$PayPal(PYPL)$Last year the revenue and EPS was improving but everyone was freaking out about the margin. Now the margin is improving and they are finding something else to complain about the numbers. The company is well run and continues to grow. Easy long term investment
$NIO Inc.(NIO)$The trapped clowns are busy over in Asia like clockwork, get ready longs as it looks like they’re setting up to have their algos borrow more and sell to us at six years ago prices, let’s buy them all up like clockwork, adding to our massive vaults!🙌🙌🙌🙌
$Amazon.com(AMZN)$A slowing economy could significantly impact discretionary spending, weakening Amazon’s e-commerce revenue, which still constitutes a major portion of its business. The company’s substantial reliance on digital advertising revenue (which grew 20% YoY) may be another vulnerability. In a downturn, advertising budgets are typically among the first expenses companies cut, potentially stalling this crucial growth engine.Furthermore, Amazon’s valuation metrics paint a mixed picture. While the forward P/E ratio of 40 may seem modest relative to its historical levels, this assumes continued robust growth in AWS and advertising segments. If AWS growth merely meets the low end of estimates (around 15%), Amazon’s
$Marathon Digital Holdings Inc(MARA)$ People selling for pennies, instead of dollars, never makes sense to me in stocks like MARA. Highly volatile, but bitcoin price hasn't even hit new ath yet. You know it's coming, you know they have 27k bitcoin, and produce more bitcoin every day. I'm assuming all the upgrades are nearing completion, 50 exahash announcement anyday as their daily numbers at times are already above 50 exahash, 52 week high is above $30, and people want to know if they should sell before $20. Math skills people, math skills, do some basic math, that is without even factoring high short interest that has to cover at some point. High volume, bitcoin moving up, nowhere near peak of either, a
$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ don't forget, this stock is a play for the MMs who run a special and separate programme on it. They didn't care about the good earnings in August when they tanked the stock on Fibonacci line. They do the opposite of what the market is expecting on this one. When they do go along with the good news, then it's just some scammy gap up or a 1 day pump followed by dump.
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ At this pace, it seems likely that AMD's share price will hit $135 before the earnings report. There's a strong sense that the upcoming earnings could be disappointing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the inexperienced management at AMD let the figures slip ahead of time, leading to this market reaction.
$JD.com(JD)$ JD has serious issues with its corporate culture, straying from the principle of "doing the right thing." While making mistakes at this level isn't necessarily alarming, the real problem lies in failing to recognize, admit, and correct these errors. Although the current impact on the stock price may not be significant, from a long-term perspective, the company's value has already suffered substantial damage.
$Microsoft(MSFT)$What is the problem with buying at a price higher than your average? What is your average purchase price? I have been buying since the Lehman Brothers crash (in the low $30s), and my average is below $300. I continue to buy whenever I see an opportunity. MSFT's market cap has grown more than tenfold in the last ten years, and it is the best stock for peace of mind. AI has just begun, and as Bill Gates said, it will be a game changer.
