美股研究社消息，36氪獲悉，天眼查App顯示，6月24日，原星雲融創（北京）科技有限公司更名爲崑崙芯（北京）科技有限公司，新增股東寧波梅山保稅港區奧聞投資管理合夥企業（有限合夥）、蘇州元禾璞華智芯股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）等多家公司，註冊資本由約1427萬人民幣增至約1661萬人民幣，增幅約16%。股東信息顯示，百度（中國）有限公司現持股比例約76%，爲最大股東。
