消息稱每日優鮮已獲超額認購，擬提前結束簿記
美股研究社消息，據36氪報道，據接近每日優鮮IPO的市場人士透露，每日優鮮$每日優鮮(MF)$ 已獲得超額認購，擬提前結束簿記，預計將於美東時間6月25日在納斯達克掛牌上市。
根據每日優鮮近期更新的招股書，其計劃公開發行2100萬股ADS，發行價區間爲每ADS 13美元至16美元。現有股東中金、騰訊、美國長線基金Davis等均已表達認購意向。
