Another all time high? I'm concerned... the Shiller P/E ratio is over 38 now, historic high was during the Tech bubble at 40 ish if I'm not wrong . I'm not sure if I would be this optimistic... I say, thread carefully and keep some cash on the side. Cash is not necessarily Trash if it allows you to buy stocks for cheap.
What are your views?
