I suppose that Blackrock, et al are not concerned about naming Coinbase as their exchange partner in the ETF applications .... does this mean that the SEC lawsuit is more about paying a huge fine, registering properly and moving on rather than shutting down the company ? Aren't there any concerns about COIN being able to perform these ETF roles depending on how the SEC suit is resolved ?
