$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ I suppose that Blackrock, et al are not concerned about naming Coinbase as their exchange partner in the ETF applications .... does this mean that the SEC lawsuit is more about paying a huge fine, registering properly and moving on rather than shutting down the company ? Aren't there any concerns about COIN being able to perform these ETF roles depending on how the SEC suit is resolved ?

$Carvana Co.(CVNA)$ I play both long and short with this stock, so no real horse in the race. But it seems to be that 24.60 is today's resistance. I could see a crawl back toward -3% to -2% later toward the end of the day, or if 24.60 is broken and we head under, I think it would be easy to see the lower 24s and into 23.
$Intel(INTC)$ I expect a gap up in sequential sales revenue by the 4 th qtr, 2023 Intel reported shipping to OEMs at 20% below end customer demand to reduce Inventories. Overall OEMs expect to reach normal inventory levels during the 3rd qtr, 2023
