Recap Last week I predicted bearish for XPEV after a crazy spike in the week before. Yes, it ended up to be the top losers of the week but its peers were weak as well. Top pick My first choice for next week will be the leader $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ as it is very very near to its ema50 support as shown in the figure below. The pullback is healthy and the rebound is coming probably. Yesterday was a nice entry point but no longer valid due to the closing price was lower. Tesla daily chart Chinese Trio As compared to last week bearish prediction, I am bullish for $XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$ after a heavy pullback. However it might continue to retrace if the market sentiment continues to be bad. Same to $NIO Inc.(NIO)$ $Li Auto(LI)$ should have similar bullish trend too. I am waiting to see if any surprise or good news from NIO this week. Meme $Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.(FFIE)$ Good gain last week as predicted. Technically, it is forming a cup and handle pattern. Once breakout, the stock would probably trend higher next week! Do take note that this is a penny stock with high risk. Summary In short, I am short term bullish for EVs stocks next week. We could expect some rebound or consolidation.
