19/10 : How I made $18 in a day trading pltr put options with just 3750 of capital

Hey, everyone! today I've got an exciting trading story to share. Last night, at 10 PM, I decided to dive into the world of options trading, specifically with Palantir Technologies (PLTR). I purchased 3 call option contracts for PLTR at a price of $0.89 each.
Now, the first thing we need to understand is that each contract represents 100 shares. So, with 3 contracts, that's 300 shares of PLTR. Fast forward to 2 AM, and I sold those call options for $0.95 each. Here's how the math works out:
Initial Investment:
- 3 contracts x $0.89 = $2.67
Sale:
- 3 contracts x $0.95 = $2.85
from the sale
Profit:
- $2.85-2.67 = 0.18
So, I made a profit of $0.18x 100 = $18 on this quick late-night trade! It might not seem like much, but remember, every little bit adds up, and this was just one trad
Now, let's talk about the current chart pattern. I've noticed that PLTR has been displaying a Doji pattern for the past 4 days. A Doji suggests market indecision and can be a sign of a potential reversal. Keep a close eye on this pattern โ it could lead to exciting opportunities in the near future.
