When it is Doom and Gloom in the Markets, Sharing is Caring here at our wonderful Tiger Community so that we may comfort each other and drown our sorrows together. My favourite Tech stock $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ dropped almost 15% in just 5 days even though it had a good 3Q23 earnings report with 11% increase in revenue. However the Google Cloud Unit only grew 22% compared to Microsoft 's Azure at 28%. It is a heart wrenching time for many of us but it's time like this that we need to remind ourselves that the stock market is a voting machine in the short term but a weighing machine in the long term. Volatility in the markets is a price we pay for extraordinary returns in the long term. That's how Warren Buffett became a Billionaire and that's why I stay committed to my Goal of FIRE - Financial Independence Retire Early!

When it starts to show sign of upturn n market improving w rate cuts, then DCA. No need to aim the lowest as we don know the bottom.

Unlikely that Apple can save the day. Conflict and inflationary battle fronts are still being fought with the risk of escalation going up. However with more uncertainty comes greater opportunities as investors. Invest wisely tigers [Great]

100,000 USD I'ma do a lot of homework, brain storming with other people even collaborating together.. my first choice would be cocaine( lol I'm joking) if I had to choose right now I'd buy into most of the tech companies that have tanked over the last almost 2 months...
