$Digital World Acquisition Corp(DWAC)$ The SPAC has been a constant series of Head Fakes, especially since January.
Here is my MEME theory as it relates to DJT (assuming merger passes)
1. While there is a sucker born every minute:
Many lessons were learned by people chasing GME, AMC and BBBY to name a few.
2. Everyone knows DJT (the person) needs money.
3. Everyone knows there is a date in late September where Restricted Stock can become Free Trading. The post about it on Reddit.
4. Unlike other MEME stocks mentioned above, the short position in DWAC is small (~3 million shares)
So I think DWAC> DJT Memer's are more like the Day Traders of the early 2000's when the internet brought commissions down to almost nothing.
So, anyway...that's what I think.
