I thinks keppel dc Reits will take very long to recovers. I remember in 2020 many people tells me to buy buy buy! Good stock and data centre! at that times it price at more then 2x of nav... how can stock of the building be 2x of the values of actual building???
Now interest rate will be high for long, powell already say. keppel dc reits also got some tenant problem. dividend drop, more people scare. not good stock to me.
