Me thinks US dollar become strong becos of this news, is really don't understand.. now rate continue up, means us gov need to pay more interests on borrowing.. but they got no money!!! How??? they print more money to pay money!! How can this be sustain? this no good for US dollar to me!

Grabs focus on ride hailing is hard because it is very much competition area. In singapore car cost very high, coe high. Make ride haling difficult business. Many people dont like surge pricing of grabs, now inflation people tries to save more money, take less grab. Walking better, good exercise also. I thinks keppel dc Reits will take very long to recovers. I remember in 2020 many people tells me to buy buy buy! Good stock and data centre! at that times it price at more then 2x of nav... how can stock of the building be 2x of the values of actual building??? I like this stocks comfortdelgro, because it showing very strong earning result from convid days. I looks at the financial on tiger app, in 2020 it have revenue of 3.24 B.. for next few year it keep grow until 3.88 B in 2023. Same for net incomes, it almost triples from 60.8m in 2020 until 180.5m in 2023! Wow!!! That is very good!! Every days when i take bus n mrt to work.. always very crowded.. sometime even have to wait next bus..
