Mangawhai is a charming town in Northland, New Zealand, located between the Pacific coast and farmland. It's also known as Mangawhai Heads, and is a gateway to the Bay of Islands. Mangawhai offers a variety of beach experiences, including surf beaches, safe harbor beaches, and a large sand dune area. The town is also home to swimming, surfing, birdwatching, and many other activities.
The surrounding area boasts two world-class golf courses, fresh-water lakes, boutique vineyards, a French chocolate factory, farmer's markets, art trails and annual festivals.

Love the chocolate factory but my puku, not so much. And Bennets cafe coffee... they bloody burn it all the time, Maz makes the best coffee. Best place to eat... Wood Street Pizza. I could go on and on but I wont lol
Ok this is nuts, tried to send a message earlier with a pic but i think it was too big. Anyways, I live in Mangawhai only been on tiger trade for a few days now and a pic comes up of the track to the heads beach... bonkers! Personally not a fan of long weekends, the town population goes insane. New World yesterday was havoc. I guess Im just spoilt most of the time :)
