    I do agree downsizing may be a unsure sign for investors.. the first 10% downsizing of Rivian already hit them hard in their market price.. this 2nd 1% or maybe even a third is to really making effort to restructure the company to be back on profitable track.. So I do not see this as a negative bad news but rather expected..
