To the newly appointed LW, I'm skkeptical what and how you can do better. As the Min for MND, your one comment that govt will take back the HDB after the lease ends has sent property owners a shock. LHL came out to announce VERS in a bid to salvage the situation. It is clever to say this policy has another 20 years before the first batch of HDB will be impacted. I'm not even sure if LW can last that long not to mention what is the future holds for owner like myself.
For now congrats to both and hopefully we will see a better Singapore in 20 years time.
