Results and outlooks for tech stocks have been generally positive

Rejected again on that trend line. We can debate as much as we want about whether "it's different this time." What I really want to see is this key index breakout to the upside.

Whether or not that happens is a question of ：

  • consistent messaging and action by China on stimulus；

  • improving economic indicators (i.e. PMI, CPI, retail sales)；

  • no adverse market event from the US.

When it comes to tech results and outlook, the general consensus is positive with market estimate outperformance from most big names.

Valuations are compelling and the market right now looks like it's just digesting the huge gains from the recent move (up 26%) from April lows
