Nvidia holds shares in 4 listed companies: ARM & SOUN stand out

As a leader in the GPU field, $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ not only occupies an important position in the development of ultra-high-performance graphics processors, but its activeness in the venture capital field is also eye-catching.

Currently, NVIDIA holds investments in more than 40 companies, including 87 subsidiaries, 13 mergers and some proposed acquisition targets, most of which are private companies.

Among the listed companies, four companies are particularly worthy of attention: two of them have already stood out.

$ARM Holdings Ltd(ARM)$

Although NVIDIA had planned to acquire Arm Holdings but ultimately failed due to regulatory obstruction, Arm Holdings' performance this year is still strong, with a 65% increase in stock price and an expected increase in earnings per share of more than 22% to $1.56 this fiscal year.

$SoundHound AI Inc(SOUN)$

SoundHound AI, which focuses on AI chat systems, has seen its stock price rise 131.8% this year, slightly exceeding NVIDIA. The company's voice AI products have a realistic conversational tone in the fields of automobiles, televisions and customer service, and its losses are gradually decreasing, with revenue expected to grow by more than 50%.

$Serve Robotics Inc.(SERV)$

Serve Robotics, in which Nvidia holds more than 14% of its shares, is a newly listed company this year, and its stock price has plummeted 80%. The company focuses on making mobile robots for food delivery, and currently has meager revenue and heavy losses.

$Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc.(RXRX)$

Although Recursion Pharmaceuticals' stock price has only fallen 9% this year, the situation is still not optimistic. The company uses AI technology to find treatments for rare diseases, and after losing $1.58 per share in 2023, it is expected to further widen its losses to $1.67 this year.

For the latter two companies, investors need to carefully weigh their long-term potential against the current challenges they face. Although the prospects of AI technology are broad, the financial situation and market performance in the short term cannot be ignored.

These investment cases of $Nvidia (NVDA)$ remind us that even the choices of industry giants cannot guarantee that every investment will be successful.

Investors should deeply analyze market trends, company fundamentals and industry dynamics to make wise investment decisions.
