[Journey to the West ~ Part 1]
Was recently on a trip to the West to land of trading and investing. Also known as the Big Apple, I was at New York City. 🌆
Touching the brick of a few companies, I like to start off this sharing with none other than$Apple(AAPL)$
.
Impressive landmarks
Firstly, Apple tend to place themselves in landmark locations. Think Marina Bay Sands waterfront area. Also the flagship store in Orchard Road. For NYC, the store at Grand central was super impressive. In an iconic train station,$Apple(AAPL)$ occupies a section with comfortable furniture coupled with a breath taking view.
Excellent service
The Apple staff working there was excellent in terms of service. He was attentive and with good listening, identified that I wanted to try the Apple Vision Pro. Swiftly, he managed to squeeze a slot in, and send a personalised invite to my mobile. Aside, he helped with the cleaning of my specs and gave me travel advise while chatting.
Mind blowing tech
Apple Vision Pro is simply mind blowing.
With its intuitive finger tapping, camera to sense my eyes to know where to click, along with spatial computing, it was an absolute stunner.
The movies were very immersive and the various options for engaging the user was very impressive. 3D photos and videos were a shockingly awesome and the sound quality was epic.
Of course there were downsides. A 2 hour limited battery, neck ache and the price point can give you lots to think about.
So what do you think about$Apple(AAPL)$ ?
I am bullish for the long run.
