$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ reported earnings that beat Wall Street expectations, the stock is falling -7% - Some notes from the Earnings Report:

✅Earnings per share: 68 cents adjusted (vs. 64 cents expected).

✅Revenue: $30.04 billion (vs. $28.7 billion expected).

✅Current-quarter revenue guidance: approximately $32.5 billion (vs. $31.7 billion expected), an 80% increase year-over-year.

✅Revenue surged 122% annually, following three quarters of over 200% growth.

✅Net income more than doubled to $16.6 billion (67 cents per share), up from $6.18 billion (25 cents per share) year-over-year.

✅Data center revenue increased 154% to $26.3 billion, accounting for 88% of total sales, exceeding expectations of $25.24 billion.

ℹ️$3.7 billion in revenue came from networking products.

✅Nvidia’s chips, like H100 and H200, are widely used in generative AI applications, including ChatGPT.

❌Nvidia's gross margin fell to 75.1% from 78.4% in the previous quarter, but improved from 70.1% a year ago.

❌The company expects full-year gross margins in the "mid-70% range," below analysts' expectations of 76.4%.

✅Gaming revenue increased 16% year-over-year to $2.9 billion, surpassing estimates of $2.7 billion.

ℹ️Professional visualization business revenue rose 20% to $454 million.

ℹ️Automotive and robotics revenue reported at $346 million, slightly above expectations of $344.7 million.

🚀 Nvidia approved an additional $50 billion in share buybacks.
