China Everbright Water is a waste water treatment, it belongs to public utilities sector. No matter economy up or down, waste water needs to be processed. Its debt level is reasonable and debt interest rate was low. It has paid decent dividend for years.
I got Everbright Water interim dividends today. I collected 10k dividend from it within 3 years, capital gains only 2%.
