    It's auto reflected in usd values, you need to go exchange there to do a exchange to usd in order to trade us stock.

    check your account currency preference/settings.. under the ‘trade’ tab, you can also see an ‘exchange’ button. click on it to see the currencies you hold. hope this helps!
