    You probably should include the short information into your spreadsheet… seems beneficial for your other trading wins as well… maybe the shorts volume increment is a good gauge, since it tells the number of trades following the counter in question.

      Interest rate charge to traders who borrow for short selling. When stock availability is high, borrowing is low then traders can just keep shooting down the stock.

      Daily monitoring of Short Interest History is not readily available for free. You may need to subscribe to paid services that provide daily short interest estimates. Financial data providers like Bloomberg, Refinitiv
