Greenland has a total population of 57,000 people...more people (67,227) were at the Indiana/Miami college football game yesterday...

Just a little perspective for ya.

So what's so attractive?

Well to start, maybe the ~1M square miles of land.

Or possibly the 1.5M metric tons of rare earth metal reserves.

Reserves alone could be valued at $5T...

Venezuela's oil ($15T) + Greenland's rare earths ($5T)?

$20T worth of resources targeted...but why?

Potentially a century-defining, high stakes move to secure dominance for a new version of the "space race".

The AI & emerging technology race.

And winning it requires enormous amounts of energy, rare earths, uranium, and critical minerals...the scale is hard to overstate.

That’s why Greenland matters.

Back to the original question, how do we profit?

My first idea is $Iridium(IRDM)$ .

IRDM is a non-obvious one, but it's a $2B communication company designed for "adverse conditions".

Like the ones in Greenland.

It's one of the only satcom systems with true pole-to-pole coverage.

Already embedded in defense, maritime, aviation, arctic ops...

Massive, unusual volume coming in the last few months too.

If Greenland becomes strategically active, resilient comms are not optional.

Anyways, another idea is $Energy Fuels(UUUU)$ .

If the US acquires Greenland, it gets access to one of the largest uranium deposits in the world.

But mining has been blocked by local laws since 2021.

If the US takes control, those rules could change quickly.

UUUU is one of the few companies positioned to benefit from both uranium + rare earth processing.

Potentially sending UUUU into another tax bracket.

Lastly, $MP Materials Corp.(MP)$ continues to build interest.

Considering it's the only scaled, public, US-based rare earth producer.

Already in DoD conversations.

MP is already working with the gov't to reduce reliance on China, which makes it the cleanest way to bet on this theme.

The AI race isn't about models & code alone, it'll be won by whoever controls the energy, minerals, and infrastructure behind them...
