I might want to add that the destruction of civilian infrastructure (eg bridges in Iran as well as desalination facilities in Kuwait) are war crimes committed by both (!) parties.

I know Iran does quid pro quo and the argument can be made that they didn't start this but still, both sides committing war crimes!
