Replying to @LazyCat Invests:thanks for the jio! when I first started investment.. REITirement movement was the must go.... but post covid tell us a different story after decades of low interest rate post GFC of 2008. banks really is the way to go...pity I got spooked by yen carry trade and sold them way too early. now left UT//@LazyCat Invests:When I entered the market, $Creative(C76.SI)$ sound blaster cards were still in demand and their MP3 nomads were trailblazers.
