Google Cloud revenue jumped 82% year-over-year to $24.8 billion, driven by enterprise demand for AI infrastructure. Overall second-quarter sales climbed 24% to $120 billion, with operating margins expanding to 34%.
The AI search features like AI Overviews seem to be boosting engagement and opening up new ad opportunities. Subscriptions revenue also increased 15% to $12.9 billion, helped by YouTube Premium and Google One.
At roughly 16x forward earnings, Alphabet still looks like one of the more reasonably priced names among the major tech peers.
