老牌國貨人去樓空，隆力奇百餘家分支機構均已吊註銷
松果財經獲悉，據報道，位於廣州市越秀區黃花崗街道的“隆力奇亞洲運營中心”已經撤場。此前，多家媒體援引內部人士信息稱，江蘇隆力奇集團有限公司董事長徐之偉因涉嫌非法集資被蘇州警方取保候審。對此，隆力奇工作人員迴應稱，“沒有收到消息”，目前公司正常運營，“線下業務正常開展”。
天眼查App顯示，江蘇隆力奇集團有限公司成立於1996年7月，法定代表人爲徐之偉，註冊資本3971.1萬人民幣，由徐之偉和劉增善共同持股。該公司對外投資的47家企業中，存續狀態的有25家，包括蘇州觀天下投資有限公司、江蘇隆創餐飲管理有限公司、南通優奇家政服務有限公司等，版圖涵蓋餐飲、房地產、家政等。此外，該公司的超百家分支機構已全部註銷或被吊銷。
值得一提的是，風險信息顯示，徐之偉被取保候審消息曝光同一天前後，江蘇隆力奇集團有限公司所持海陽市佳旭房地產開發有限公司、濰坊農村商業銀行股份有限公司股權先後被凍結，凍結股權數額共計1.5億人民幣，執行法院爲蘇州市公安局。
