1， 降息後如果利息收入小了，而股市股息比較高，股價見底後，就有一部份錢從銀 行流出，流向股市，購買收入更高的股票，這樣可以促使股價上漲！

 

2， 降息後企業貸款成本降低，這樣就會讓企業利潤上升，經濟效益上升，利潤上去 後，一般說來股價就會上漲。

 

3， 降息後企業貸款成本低，就會刺激企業進行投資的衝動，大量的投資需要人力， 原材料等各種生產資料，這樣就會促使充分就業，增加各種生產資料的水費，同時充分就業後又可以促進生活資料的消費，同而形成一個良性的循環。這樣就會引起經濟向好，最終促進股價全面上漲！

 

4， 降息可能促成銀行定期存款活期化，然後進入消費，這樣可能刺激消費，促使經濟增長。
