南方多地高溫天氣持續 川渝地區旱情嚴重 部分羣衆飲水困難
針對四川、重慶等地近期較爲嚴重的旱情，相關部門近日啓動四級救災應急響應，並且派出工作組赴實地查看災情，指導和協助地方做好救助工作。川渝旱情總體情況如何？目前受災最嚴重的地區在哪兒？最困難的羣體又是哪些人？
應急管理部救災和物資保障司一級巡視員 方誌勇：川渝旱災有“一強兩少”的特點，一個是高溫極端性強，第二個是降水少、江河來水少。乾旱造成四川大概20個市125個縣600多萬人受災。目前來看，川南川東川東北等地受災嚴重，其中南充、廣元最爲嚴重，主要是山區，農業人口比較多，離水源比較遠，所以受災比較嚴重。特殊的羣體，留守老人兒童的力量很難去挑水來解決飲水困難，需要政府來提供幫助。還有類似種植業大戶和養殖業大戶，需要用水比較多，水源不夠，也面臨比較大的困難。
