久期財經訊，8月25日，惠譽已授予濰坊市城市建設發展投資集團有限公司（Weifang Urban Construction and Development Investment Group Co., Ltd.，簡稱“濰坊城投”，BBB-/穩定）擬發行美元高級無抵押債券“BBB-”評級。
關鍵評級驅動因素
擬發行境外債券將構成濰坊城投的非次級、無抵押債務，且至少與濰坊城投所有其他現有及未來無抵押債務處於同等受償順序，因此，該債券的評級與濰坊城投的發行人違約評級一致。
