當地時間9月19日，波蘭內務與行政部長卡明斯基簽署文件，開始收緊對俄羅斯公民入境該國的限制。

根據新措施要求，出於旅遊、文化、體育或商業目的的俄羅斯公民將不能從歐盟以外的地方入境波蘭。此外，從9月26日起，這些限制措施將適用於所有入境點，包括空中和海上。

本月8日，波蘭、立陶宛、拉脫維亞和愛沙尼亞四國總理簽署了一項協議，以“保護公共政策和內部安全以及整個申根區的安全”爲由，拒絕以“旅遊、文化、體育或商業”爲旅行目的的俄羅斯公民通過其邊境進入歐盟和申根區。

據悉，波羅的海三國也於19日開始對俄羅斯公民實施相同的入境限制措施。
