$UMS HOLDINGS LIMITED(558.SI)$ has been going up like a rocket to the moon recently on the back of global demand for semiconductors! Analysts from DBS, Maybank Kim Eng, CGS-CIMB and UOB Kay Hian have all maintained BUY calls on UMS from SGD1.66 to SGD1.80.
UMS net profit rose SGD15.1 million for its 3rd quarter 30 September 2021, up 17% from SGD12. 9 million in 2020. Revenue for the 3rd quarter grew a whopping 50% to SGD67.6 million, up from SGD45. 2 million in 2020.
UMS also posted 41% increase in revenue for the 3rd quarter to SGD59. 7 million.
UMS has benefited from surging global demin chips and will continue to grow exponentially in 2022 and beyond.
My shares in UMS is up 40% currently! I have also benefited from the increase in dividends plus the bonus share offering last year. I intend to hold UMS long term as it has a great management team, increasing profits and dividends, good free cash flow and solid Balance Sheet.
Go Long Go Strong Go UMS! That's my maxim.
