honestly, the stocks she bought all are great companies but yet profiting. currently, just the inflation will hurt the share price but in long term, I always believe the share price will correct back.

her timeframe is 3-5 years. Some of the growth stocks are near fair value, might not be a bad time for long term.

in lieu of the interest rates hikes, we are expecting sector rotation from such high growth stocks to value ones. thus, the dip should continue though few stocks will still do well.

    2. Not likely to soar as fed is withdrawing the markets

this is just a rotation of money from growth to value to defensive .. it is a cycle and will back to growth eventually. Now the issue is whether we can stomach the daily fluctuation

Cathy isn't wrong. Her fund was founded at the wrong time and space. If she established the fund after USA completed the monetary tightening, it should enjoy a bull run thereafter.

short term the ARK fund will go south due the concern of interstate rising. but long term we still believe the interruptive technogy bring us multiple times return like 90's Microsoft, 00's Apple.

Actually i think she is right. These stock still has so much growth potential. The overall down market at the moment does not reflect the true potential of these companies

With the rotation from growth to value play as monetary policy tightens, I doubt ARK fund will outperform this year

Let’s see how Fed Implement the interest rate strategy in 2022. Movement of interest rate does affect volatility of growth stocks and perhaps her strategies on Ark!

It is those tech and growth stocks being affected now and ARKK is holding this kind of stocks. It will start going up when the dust settles and the bulls comes back.
