$Ascott Trust(HMN.SI)$ is the largest hospitality Trust in Asia Pacific with an asset value of SGD7.7 Billion as at 31 December 2021. Ascott Trust's International portfolio comprises of 93 properties with about 17,000 units in 43 cities across 15 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA. Ascott Trust is a wholly owned subsidiary of $CapitaLandInves(9CI.SI)$ backed by Temasek Holdings. I like Ascott Trust as it pays steady dividends and it has a strong balance sheet. Many of its properties are also freehold too. With the relaxation of Covid19 rules in Singapore, $Ascott Trust(HMN.SI)$ share price is going to take off. It also has an excellent management team and most importantly it has a strong sponsor. $Ascott Trust(HMN.SI)$ is a strong recovery play and a great way to grow my passive dividend income for many years to come. @TigerStars
