$JIUTIAN CHEMICAL GROUP LIMITED(C8R.SI)$ is the stock I would like to recommend to my Tigers friends.

The company was incorporated in Singapore in Nov 2004, and through its subsidiary, Anyang Juitian Fine Chemical Co Ltd manufactures and sell Chemical based products such as methanol, methylamine and DMF. Its other business involves processing and sales of consumable carbon dioxide and oxygen.

Juitian recorded strong 1Q2022 results. Net profits is RMB 201 m, 123 % over 1Q2021. Strong cash and cash equivalent of RMB 1.02 billion as at 31 Mar 2022.

Proposed an interim dividend of 0.75 c per share, an increase of 114 % over corresponding interim dividend of FY 2021.

Juitian is based in Henan and its customers are from provinces adjacent to Henan. Hence Covid19 has little impact on its operations. The group also saw strong demands from users such as EV batteries, electronics, pharmaceutical and animal feeds. 

It is expected to increase profitability in 2022 due to higher selling prices and slower rise in raw materials. 

Analysts have suggested a buy target price of 17c or 18 c. Its last traded price is 10.7c, approximately 70 % or 80% increase. Since May 12, its share price has been rising steadily.

Research from SGX website revealed corporate investors as at 15 Mar 22 include IFAST financial Pte Ltd, Anyang Longyu (HK) Development Co Ltd and Tigers Brokers(Spore) Pte Ltd.

The stock ex dividend on Jun 2 and payable on Jun 17,22.
