$Sea Ltd(SE)$E-commerce can easily go back to pre-covid. Plus their logistic partner is in a mess right now. Rapid expansion comes with higher cost to operate and market acquisition. 10% a day drop will be the new normal until we see a pre-covid fair value, even then, the investors (GIC, ARK) will dump them and chase for the next unicorn, leaving all the clueless retail behind.

Too fast expansion is not a good thing. At least for Sea, it is not a good thing at present.

Sea doesn't seem to realize the seriousness of the problem. It is also possible that they are aware of it, but are confident that they can succeed.

Also i have made the analogy of same mistake employed by Haidilao. Same expansion problem. And how is Haidilao doing now, they have to halt exapansion plan. If SE halts expansion, guess what..

Perhaps these expansions are in line with sea's globalization or diversified layout strategy?

That's true. Perhaps Sea is confident that they can get through this difficult period well.

Globalisation comes with a cost. And SEA will have to bear all the cost upfront. Dont forget, at global level they are facing fiercer competition.

Your analysis makes sense. excellent! We should pay attention to the value of the stock itself, not blindly follow it.
