I would like to pay a special tribute to my late Grandmother who had been the glue that held the family together when my Grandfather died of tuberculosis in his 40s. She single-handedly brought up 8 children alone by selling curry rice in a school canteen. It was a real struggle but she knuckered down with determination and hardwork.
She died when she was 55 due to cervical cancer that was detected in the late stages. Thank you Grandma! You will always be remembered with love and fondness.
