A promising stock to buy?
Good in fundamental:
-increasing net income and revenue
-total debt to equity ratio only 1.5
-positive free cash flow
Technical analysis
- price dropped below ema 200 since early MAY after releasing of earning report that the revenue doesnt meet the expectations
- price was then in steady rising trend until the release of "bad news"
1)State strapped for cash after military coup
2)Farmers exposed to soaring fuel and fertilizer costs
3)Some say planting for next season already compromised
-but subsequently the price keep rising up slow and steadily after it with small volume
-after announcement of US federal to rise 75 basis point to beat inflation and rising CPI,
Surprisingly market react positively to it saying the market had" prepared " for the rise in interest
- this stock rise in 4.14% after the fed announcement to rise 75 basis point!!!
Looking at the current trend and volatile period, should we buy this stock now? Had it bottom and rebound started?!!
