Buy when the market is fearful. I strongly Buffett to look at China tech counters. They are fundamentally with a strong domestic market and huge international potentials.

If I were Buffett, I would consider these 2:

1. $NIO Inc.(NIO)$ - even with the potential crunch, I think China EVs will remain strong given China's strong trade and political relationships with the producing countries. 

Personally I like NIO only because the name gives a nice ring, like $Coca-Cola(KO)$. However, I think NIO will be a hit if it eventually ventures outside China as those countries build up their EV infrastructure. 

2. $Pinduoduo Inc.(PDD)$- this is a no brainer. an e-commerce platform with actual agriculture investments. 

The demand for agriculture is evergrowing because of the increasing population, be it for human consumption or animal feed. 

Compared to typical farmers, I think shopping platforms like PDD has a better understanding of consumer demands and adapt better eg. What products are in season and what's popular, etc.

PDD has a good headstart and has a good chance to be the market leader in this segment.
